We want you to continue looking fabulous for the lifetime of your garment!
While careful care should prevent loose stones, we’ll replace and repair stones for as long as you own your garment. If you are purchasing by mail, we’ll include extra stones and application instructions with your garment. If you’re local, simply bring your item into the shop and we’ll apply the stones for you at no charge.
Since all of our garments are "made to order" please allow 3-7 business days for you order to be processed and then shipped to you.
The processing time may be longer during the holiday season so if you need your order by a specific date please contact us and we will give you an approximate date for delivery.
For a custom rhinestone design that is not shown on our website please allow 2-4 weeks before your order is shipped.
We ship all orders USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Shipping rates are added to your order at the time you complete checkout. In store pick-up is also available.

Sales tax of 7.75% will ONLY be added to orders shipped to Illinois state addresses. All other orders are shipped sales tax free.
WASHING INSTRUCTIONS
All rhinestones are attached with a professional heat press and will not come off when you follow the washing instructions included with every order. To keep your beautiful garments looking their best we suggest turning them inside out and wash on gentle cycle with cool or warm water or hand wash and lay flat to dry. They can also be safely dry cleaned.
We guarantee all merchandise to be free from defects and in perfect condition. All our our items are made to your specifications and are therefore considered "custom made" and are NOT RETURNABLE.
If we make a mistake on size, style or color please email or call us within 5 days of receipt and we will give you a return authorization number to exchange the item at our expense.
